We had booked a four month cruise with Leanne and she was excellent with answering our questions, offering options and quickly getting back to us if unsure of the answer. When we had to cancel, she was again helpful and prompt in working through a cancellation and claim. We later booked another cruise of two weeks duration through Leanne which she made so easy. We will no longer book directly through the cruise line ourselves but via Leanne.

We just booked our second cruise with Leanne and she just makes it so easy! Nothing is a problem. She helped us add in additional rooms along the way, finding us rooms next to each other. And is so patient when we continuously ask questions and for recommendations. Wouldn't even consider booking a cruise without going through Leanne!

Was great to have Leanne arrange our travel for us. I’ve not used many travel agents before but this was three cruises across 6 weeks and Leanne was able to book us through in the same cabin on Celebrity Edge. We had great views and got a great deal!
